Danielle Vetro Kalseth is a music therapist in the Creative Forces Network at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance/Musical Theatre from Shenandoah University and a Master of Music in Music Therapy from Florida State University. Danielle has been a member of the Creative Forces team since 2017 and during this time she has collaborated with local agencies to develop community creative arts programming for military-connected populations in Anchorage and the Mat-Su valley. She engages in research, is a published author and a music therapy intern supervisor at JBER. Her work has been highlighted on the Department of Defense health website, JBER’s magazine The Arctic Warrior, JBER’s official Facebook page, local news KTVA Inside the Gates and The White House blog. Outside of work, Danielle loves to experience all that Alaska has to offer and spend time with her sweet family.
