Carnegie Hall’s Lullaby Project Partnership with New York State Department of Veterans’ Services will bring the Lullaby Project to to military families. The Project pairs new and expecting parents and caregivers with professional artists to write and sing personal lullabies for their babies. The program, which strengthens the bond between parent and child, will help bridge the gap between military parents and their children, who are often separated, both physically and emotionally, due to deployment.
