Greentrike will present Sparks, a play-based arts education program for military families held in the art studio of Greentrike's Children’s Museum at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Sparks will be led by an on-staff artist and occasional guest artists, including partner Northwest Sinfonietta. The program will bring children and their parents/caregivers together to engage in creative activities curated to support the unique needs of military families through connection, community, and healing. Sparks will provide a safe, welcoming program that invites caregivers and children to explore the depth of their creative inspirations with the facilitation of a trained art educator that allows them to reach beyond the limits of a home environment.
