Jade Witt is a music therapist in the Creative Forces Network with G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center. She is a board- certified music therapist, who has practiced for the last three years, receiving her bachelors and board certification in music therapy in 2020. Jade has worked with various child and adult populations to help improve their cognitive, emotional, social, and mobility domains to improve overall quality of life. After interning in Chicago with Seasons Hospice and Palliative care, Jade began her career working with a private practice in Fort Wayne Indiana where she served children and adults on the Medicaid waiver with intellectual disabilities and special needs.  She then transitioned to better suit her passions to work for Adoration Hospice in Fort Wayne Indiana in 2022. Jade currently serves military veterans experiencing symptoms of PTSD, TBI, substance abuse, and more related diagnosis since September 2023 at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
