Kristi Gmutza is a board-certified art therapist in the Creative Forces Network at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. She believes in the healing quality of the arts and strives to help others express themselves in order to gain personal insight and make meaningful life changes. Kristi specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and behavioral issues with both children and adults. In her 18 years of experience, Kristi has worked in a private practice and with several community organizations providing art therapy programs for veterans, refugees, and intensive mental health classrooms. Kristi received her undergraduate degree at Indiana University in Bloomington and her MA in Art Therapy from Marylhurst University in Portland, Oregon.
