Marion Haase is a music therapist in the Creative Forces Network at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital. She received her certification as a music therapist in 2006 and has experience working with a wide range of populations to restore and rehabilitate patients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She enjoys working on multi-disciplinary teams to best provide high-quality care and treatment. Marion has a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and a Master of Music degree in Music Therapy from Colorado State University. She has served on the Certification Board for Music Therapists committees and has established and supervised university-affiliated practicum and internship opportunities for music therapy students. Marion has presented at various conferences and symposia and her research has been published in Human Movement Science. Marion started working with Creative Forces in 2022. Her previous work included founding her own private practice and working as a music therapist for in-patient adult behavioral health and acute rehabilitation hospital units.
